About Bitcoin Sends
Sending bitcoin is irreversible. We cannot retrieve bitcoin once it's been sent. It's important to ensure you have the correct recipient details before sending. Starting with small amounts as a test can be helpful.
Before You Start
Beware of scams: Treat anyone who asks you to send bitcoin to an address with caution. There are many fraudsters trying to take your money by offering fake investment opportunities involving bitcoin.
Know your recipient: Unless you're intentionally paying others, bitcoin should only be sent to your own custody. Sending to another person or service may result in you losing your funds.
Important Reminder: AmberApp staff will never ask you to send bitcoin, provide your wallet address, or request your seed words. If anyone contacts you with such requests, do not respond and report them immediately.
