About Biometric Authentication
Enhance your account security and streamline your login authentication by enabling biometrics. With biometric authentication, you can use your fingerprint or facial recognition to access your AmberApp account. Once enabled, your PIN log in will be replaced by biometric authentication, allowing for faster and more secure access to your account.
Before you start: Make sure you have set up biometric authentication (like fingerprint or facial recognition) on your device before enabling it in AmberApp.
How to Enable Biometric Authentication
Follow these steps to activate biometrics in AmberApp:
Tap the settings cog in the top-right corner of your account page.
Toggle on enable biometrics.
Follow the on-screen prompts to authorise biometric authentication.
Repeat these steps to deactivate biometric authentication whenever you choose.
