Before you start: If you have decided to close your account, you will need to zero out your AmberApp account balance first. This means that you will need to withdraw any remaining AUD and/or BTC from your account.
How To Deactivate Your Account
Follow these steps to close your account:
Tap the settings cog in the top-right corner of the account page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page.
Press deactivate your account and confirm your request.
Please note, due to the nature of our business, we are required by law to maintain certain transactional data related to purchases and withdrawals.
