How to Link and Verify Your Bank Account
AmberApp only processes AUD deposits and withdrawals for verified bank accounts. Follow these steps to link and verify your bank account: Some banks, such as UBank, are not supported due to specific restrictions. Please check if your bank is compatible before proceeding.
Note on Unsupported Banks
Some banks are not supported for linking with AmberApp. For example, UBank accounts cannot be linked due to an increase in fraudulent activities associated with them. Please use an alternate bank account for linking and depositing funds to avoid any issues.
Step 1: Link Your Bank Account
Open your account page and tap linked accounts.
Select add a new bank account.
Enter your bank account details.
Step 2: Verify your Bank Account
Receive Verification Payment: A $0.01 payment will be sent to your linked bank account with a description containing a 6-character alphanumeric code prefixed with "AMBER" (e.g., AMBER-C1D21A). This payment may take 1-4 business days to appear.
Enter the Verification Code: Once you receive the payment, return to AmberApp, go to linked accounts, tap verify now and enter the verification code.
Didn’t receive the bank account verification payment? If you haven't received the $0.01 payment with your verification code within 1-4 business days, please contact support for assistance. Additionally, if you're having trouble linking certain banks due to account-specific prefixes or other issues, consider verifying all entered account details and restarting the Amber app before attempting again.
