About Your PIN
Your PIN is a unique code that you create to access your account. It serves as an extra layer of security to protect your personal information and prevent unauthorised access to your account. It's important to keep it confidential at all times.
How To Change Your PIN
If you're logged in and wish to change your PIN, follow these steps:
Tap the settings cog in the top-right corner of your account page.
Press change PIN.
Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.
Set a new PIN.
How to Reset Your PIN
If you are unable to log in, you can reset your PIN directly from the PIN authorisation screen:
On the enter PIN screen, tap forgot PIN?
Enter the verification code sent to your email.
Choose a new PIN.
Repeat these steps anytime to change or reset your PIN.
