How to contact support

For enquiries related to your account, send us a message via the in-app messenger. To locate the in-app messenger, tap the settings icon in the top right-hand corner from one of the menu screens, then press the 'contact support' button.

If you're unable to access the in-app messenger, feel free to reach out via our website or email us at [email protected].

Live support hours

Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM AEST. If your matter is urgent, you may want to consider the following options:

  • Leave a Detailed Message: We'll make sure to respond as soon as possible once we're back on online.


AmberApp will only provide account specific support via secure communication channels such as the in-app messenger or email from the domain @amber.app.

AmberApp Support will never ask you for your login credentials or private keys. Never share these with anyone.
