Request a change for certain information in your AmberApp account.

To change your account details, reach out to customer support via the in-app messenger or email us at [email protected]. When requesting a change, kindly provide the new details along with the reason for the update. Once your request is made, our support team will reach out to you with next steps on how to update your details.

These are the details that can be updated upon request:

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Postcode

  • Date of Birth (if incorrect)

Note: Depending on the nature of the change, we may require enhanced identity verification to ensure the security of your account.
