Changing Account Details

How do I change my email address, phone number, postcode, or name?

Changing account details on AmberApp is done through contacting customer support via chat in the app or email ([email protected]).

These are the details that can be updated upon request:

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Postcode

  • Date of Birth (if incorrect)

Upon changing details, we will require what the new details are, and the reason for the change. We may also require extra identity verification to update your details.
