  1. Open the Account page

  2. Tap the 'Contact Us' button

  3. Send us a message

If you're unable to access the app, feel free to reach out via our website or email us at [email protected].


AmberApp will only provide account specific support via secure communication channels such as the in-app messenger or email from the domain @amber.app

AmberApp Support will never ask you for your login credentials or private keys. Never share these with anyone.
