To change your account details, reach out to customer support via the in-app messenger. To locate the in-app messenger, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Account page

  2. Tap the 'Contact Us' button

  3. Send us a message

These are the details that can be updated upon request:

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Postcode

  • Date of Birth (if incorrect)
